At Anna\u2019s Beauty Candles Store we want you to be happy with your order. Below you will find our policy regarding returns, exchanges and order cancellations.<\/p>

1. Right of return\/withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>

The customer has the right to request a product return within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the order, in accordance with the right of withdrawal that applies to distance purchases.<\/p>

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, unworn, and in its original packaging.<\/p>

2. Non-returnable products<\/strong><\/p>

Returns are not accepted on products that:<\/p>

\u2022 have been used,
\u2022 have been opened or tampered with,
\u2022 have been damaged after receipt,
\u2022 are not in their original packaging,
\u2022 have been manufactured specifically for the customer,
\u2022 have personalized options, such as a specific scent, color, design, or special order note.<\/p>

Because many products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, design, or final appearance are not considered a defect, but a natural characteristic of handmade creation.<\/p>

3. Defective or wrong product<\/strong><\/p>

If you receive the wrong product or a product with an obvious defect, please contact us immediately, ideally within 48 hours of receipt.<\/p>

In your communication please mention:<\/p>

\u2022 your full name,
\u2022 the order number,
\u2022 description of the problem,
\u2022 photos of the product and packaging.<\/p>

After reviewing the request, we will inform you about the replacement, refund or other available solution.<\/p>

4. Return process<\/strong><\/p>

5. Return costs<\/strong><\/p>

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a store error or a defective product.<\/p>

In the event of an error or defective product, Anna\u2019s Beauty Candles Store will inform you of the return or replacement process.<\/p>

6. Refund<\/strong><\/p>

If a refund is approved, the refund will be made after we have received and inspected the product.<\/p>

The refund will be made using the same or another agreed payment method. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.<\/p>

You can request cancellation of an order before it is shipped.<\/p>

If the order has already been shipped, then the return procedure applies.<\/p>
